Collaborate and Caffeinate is our monthly coffee meet up for members to get acquainted, share ideas and discuss Old Town business. Held on the first Tuesday of each month at 9 a.m. with rotating locations. Let us know if you’d like to host an upcoming social.

Quarterly Social:

Get to know your fellow business owners in a casual after business hours environment. We have quarterly socials following our board meetings which are a great way to get to know the board and other Old Town business leaders. Dates announced via e-newsletter.

 Permitting and Licensing Resources for Businesses:

The city’s Permit & License Hub houses a wealth of information, tools, and guides to help businesses navigate the various permitting and licensing processes in the city, including the business license flowchart and checklist. You can contact the city’s Building and Land Development Review Ombudsman, Tommy Scibilia, if you have any questions.
