Old Town FAirfax Small area plan

The Old Town Fairfax Small Area Plan was the product of a nearly year-long effort to develop specific recommendations for this Activity Center’s land uses, street network, public amenities, and other related elements.

This Small Area Plan was approved by the City Council at their June 23, 2020 meeting
