Winter has a way of settling into both body and mind, often bringing heaviness, low energy, and a sense of emotional fog. This workshop offers a supportive space to address the sluggish, stuck feelings that can arise during the colder months, along with the dips in mood, motivation, and connection that make daily life feel more challenging. Students join seeking gentle structure, community, and practices that help them feel lighter and more like themselves. We will explore slow, grounding movement, steady active flow to increase energy and circulation, and simple breath practices that support the nervous system. Students learn mindfulness and grounding tools to use at home when heaviness or sadness arises. Close with restorative poses, guided reflection, and quiet connection, leaving students feeling clearer, more awake, and supported as they move from stagnation into flow.
