Did you know that during the late-18th century the classical string trio out-published the string quartet by a ratio of more than five to one? The Vivaldi Project, dedicated to exploring this vast and rarely-heard repertoire, will perform works by American composer, John Antes, virtuoso violinist Maddalena Sirmen, as well as Haydn, Boccherini, and Campioni, one of Thomas Jefferson's favorites!
