A Nurturing Pause is a DBA under Connections and is a partnership between Laura Woody of Connections Coaching and Consulting, Laura Bowles of The New Normal, and Jessamyn Ayers of Springwell. At A Nurturing Pause, we create intentional spaces for women to pause, recharge, and connect with themselves and others. Our retreats and gatherings are coaching-informed, community-centered, and designed to support women in honoring who they are and who they are becoming.
