While we offer a suite of services our two main offerings are: Fractional Operations and Business/Leadership Advisement.

Fractional Operations- Consider us an embedded member of your team, working on a contract basis, giving you the hours you need to shore up your business operations (HR/people/culture, system/process improvement, project coordination, strategic planning, etc.) without the overhead of a FTE or even a PTE. It adds real value to your small business or nonprofit as it provides much needed operational help at a fraction of the cost.

Business/Leadership Advisement- Leadership is not meant to be navigated alone. A trusted, external advisor (think strategic thought partner) provides space to process ideas, work through challenges, navigate team dynamics, and assess opportunities with clarity. Thrive offers flexible options from one-time consultations to ongoing advisory calls or in-person meetings.
